Win For Leslie In Asbestos Liability Suit Confirmed

Law360, New York (November 20, 2009, 3:22 PM ET) -- A California appeals court has affirmed a ruling in favor of steam power components manufacturer Leslie Controls Inc. in an asbestos product liability suit brought by a former U.S. Navy machinist, finding upon reconsideration that the outcome of a similar case did not affect its conclusion that the parts maker was not subject to strict liability.
