NFL Union's $26M Settlement With Players Approved

Law360, New York (November 24, 2009, 5:13 PM ET) -- A federal judge has granted final approval to a $26.25 million settlement between the National Football League Players Association and a class of more than 2,000 former NFL players, resolving allegations that the union did not properly market the players' images or pay out licensing revenue.

Judge William H. Alsup of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California approved the settlement Monday.
