Lexmark Fights To Revive Printer Cartridge IP Claims

Law360, New York (November 25, 2009, 3:45 PM ET) -- Lexmark International Inc. has followed its adversary Static Control Components Inc.’s example and appealed a trial court judgment that brought a long-running patent dispute to an end in October, dismissing a jumble of allegations — including antitrust and copyright claims — and refusing to award damages across the board.
