ITC To Investigate Honeywell, Garmin GPS Devices

Law360, New York (December 11, 2009, 12:53 PM EST) -- In response to a complaint from Pioneer Corp., the U.S. International Trade Commission has agreed to investigate portable GPS products imported by Honeywell International Inc. and Garmin Corp. that allegedly infringe three patents covering navigation technology.
