Susman Godfrey, Positive Software Settle Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (December 22, 2009, 4:05 PM ET) -- Software maker Positive Software Solutions Inc. has struck a deal to end its fraud suit against Susman Godfrey LLP and others for allegedly mishandling evidence in the defense of an underlying copyright infringement case.

The parties must still file the appropriate dismissal papers, but Judge Reed O'Connor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on Monday indicated that the case had settled after a mediation session.
