Radioactive Waste Processor Settles Race Bias Suit
Law360, New York (January 04, 2010, 3:46 PM ET) -- Radioactive waste processing company Race LLC has agreed to cough up $650,000 to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission lawsuit claiming the company's black employees were subjected to racial slurs and given more dangerous work assignments than white co-workers.
