ITC Sides With Paice In Toyota Hybrid Patent Case

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 3:36 PM EST) -- In a Section 337 case over hybrid vehicles made by Toyota Motor Corp., the U.S. International Trade Commission's investigative staff has said it supports complainant Paice LLC's contention that Toyota should be precluded from contesting issues related to patent infringement, validity and enforceability.
