Fee MDL Plaintiffs Clamor For Visa, MasterCard EU Info

Law360, New York (January 06, 2010, 5:32 PM ET) -- The plaintiffs in multidistrict antitrust litigation over payment card interchange fees have asked a judge to compel Visa Inc. to turn over a European Commission statement of objection and make MasterCard Inc. produce a record of a hearing before the commission.
