Novartis, Roxane Drop Most Famvir Patent Claims

Law360, New York (January 06, 2010, 2:58 PM ET) -- A federal judge has approved a joint move by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. and Roxane Laboratories Inc. to dismiss claims regarding three of four patents in the drugmakers' battle over Novartis herpes treatment Famvir.

Judge Jose L.
