Kohlberg Hit With 2 Securities Class Actions

Law360, New York (January 07, 2010, 3:17 PM ET) -- Kohlberg Capital Corp. and some of its top officials have been hit with at least two securities fraud class actions alleging that they artificially inflated the company's stock price by failing to properly account for the fair value of its investment portfolio.

The latest of those suits was filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York; another was lodged in the same court on Dec. 31.
