Funai Seeks Default For Proview In ITC TV Probe

Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 3:23 PM ET) -- Funai Electric Co. Ltd. has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to find Proview Technology Inc. in default because the company has not responded to Funai's complaint accusing several electronics companies of infringing a patent for television technology.
