Changes To $9.5M Atmel Backdating Settlement OK'd

Law360, New York (January 25, 2010, 3:10 PM ET) -- A federal judge has approved changes to the settlement of a stock options backdating derivative lawsuit that will see current and former executives of Atmel Corp. hand over $9.65 million to the company and Atmel's board of directors take on additional responsibilities.
