Doctors' Suit Against Insurers Moves Forward

Law360, New York (December 5, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Physicians in Kansas City, Mo., claimed a small victory in their proposed class action suit against several health insurance companies Friday when a circuit court denied three of the insurance companies’ motions to compel arbitration of the matter.
