Motorola, AT&T Join LCD Screen Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (February 01, 2010, 5:08 PM ET) -- Motorola Inc. and AT&T Mobility LLC have lashed out at Sharp Electronics Corp., Epson Electronics America Inc. and other manufacturers of thin film transistor liquid crystal display panels in multidistrict litigation alleging a massive price-fixing scheme in which the TFT-LCD manufacturers overcharged the plaintiffs for the LCD screens used in many popular cell phones.

AT&T and Motorola filed separate amended complaints Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
