Law360, New York (February 02, 2010, 1:03 PM ET) -- Inilex Inc. has become the latest defendant to reach a settlement in patent-holding company Eon Corp. IP Holdings LLC's suit accusing nearly 20 companies of infringing two patents covering two-way communications technology.
The parties filed a joint motion to dismiss all claims with prejudice Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, asking Judge Leonard Davis to approve a settlement and patent licensing agreement they finalized Jan. 13.
