Winston Commercial Litigator Jumps To Chadbourne

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 1:24 PM ET) -- Chadbourne & Parke LLP has pulled in a commercial litigator from Winston & Strawn LLP who specializes in trying technology, securities and financial services cases.

Gerald D. Silver joined the firm’s litigation team in its New York office. Before coming to Winston, Silver held key posts at Capgemini North America Inc., a technology, consulting and outsourcing firm, as its head of litigation and then interim general counsel.
