Dell, AMD Sued Over PCI Express Switch Patents

Law360, New York (February 03, 2010, 2:26 PM ET) -- Internet Machines LLC has slapped a slew of defendants — including Dell Computer Corp., Nvidia Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. — with a lawsuit over two patents related to peripheral component interconnect express switches used in computers.

Internet Machines filed its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday, seeking a permanent injunction and enhanced damages.
