Acceleron, SuperMicro Settle Blade Server Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 3:57 PM ET) -- Acceleron LLC has reached a settlement with SuperMicro Computer Inc. in a suit accusing a number of technology companies of infringing an Acceleron blade server patent.

The two sides filed a joint motion to dismiss SuperMicro from Acceleron's infringement suit with prejudice Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

The motion also called for the court to dismiss all of SuperMicro's counterclaims with prejudice, noting that the parties have settled all claims against each other.
