Enviros Sue DOI Over Calif. Power Line Project

Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 1:06 PM EST) -- Several Southern California conservation groups have sued the U.S. Department of the Interior and two of its agencies, claiming they violated the National Environmental Policy Act when they approved a massive power line project that could imperil endangered species.
