K&L Gates Adds Perkins Coie Corporate Partner

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 4:32 PM ET) -- Corporate and intellectual property expert David Frazee — formerly a partner at Perkins Coie LLP — has joined the Silicon Valley office of K&L Gates LLP, where he will work in the firm's corporate practice.

Frazee represents technology companies and funds, advising them in the creation and execution of international corporate, business and IP strategies. He also counsels clients on financing of commercial transactions, including initial public offerings and merger and acquisitions, and has experience working in international transactions, particularly involving China.
