Synthes Bone Plate Patent Suit Stayed For Re-Exam

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 12:54 PM EST) -- A federal judge has decided to place a stay on medical device maker Synthes’ infringement case against Brazilian rival GM Dos Reis Jr. Ind. Com. de Equip. Medico over bone plate technology to await the outcome of a re-examination of the asserted patent.
