Blackwater Instructors Seek Class Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 02, 2010, 1:30 PM ET) -- Former instructors at one of Blackwater Security Consulting LLC’s armed forces training camps have moved for conditional class certification in a suit alleging the company bilked them out of overtime pay by misclassifying them as independent contractors.

Lead plaintiffs Benjamin Williams and David Bogo filed a motion for conditional class certification Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
