JPMorgan Settles Suit Over Secure Network Patent

Law360, New York (March 03, 2010, 12:39 PM ET) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. — one of more than a dozen financial institutions and communications companies targeted in an infringement suit over a patent related to secure credit card transactions — has reached a deal with the patent's inventors and asked a federal judge to dismiss it from the case.
