Bloomberg Fights Subpoena In Barclays Suit V. Web Site

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 3:15 PM EST) -- Bloomberg LP and one of its reporters are seeking to quash a subpoena stemming from a group of brokerage units' copyright infringement lawsuit against financial Web site Inc., arguing that testimony about Bloomberg's news gathering and reporting techniques isn't relevant to the parties' claims and defenses.
