King & Spalding Grabs Two More From Orrick

Law360, New York (March 09, 2010, 2:01 PM ET) -- King & Spalding LLP has picked up a pair of attorneys from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP for its professional liability and securities litigation practice, a month after stealing three other financial services honchos from the firm.

Kenneth Y. Turnbull and David M. Fine on Monday joined the firm's offices in Washington and New York, respectively. Both attorneys' litigation backgrounds focus on accountant liability defense and securities issues. They were previously tapped as partners at Orrick in January 2008.
