Enviro Firm, Insurer Settle Fordham Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 4:24 PM ET) -- Environmental consulting firm AKRF Inc. has settled a dispute with American Safety Casualty Insurance Co. over an insurance claim related to a lawsuit brought by Fordham University against the firm over advice about the disposal of contaminated soil.
