DHL, Workers Seek Approval For Settlement In OT Case

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 3:40 PM ET) -- Attorneys for DHL Express (USA) Inc. and a class of its employees have asked a court to approve a $740,000 settlement in a wage-and-hour suit alleging some workers were misclassified as exempt from overtime provisions of California state law.

The parties filed a joint motion seeking final approval of the settlement, reached in September, on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
