Obama Nominates 2 For 2nd, Fed. Circs.

Law360, New York (March 11, 2010, 6:26 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama has nominated federal securities fraud prosecutor Raymond J. Lohier to fill a vacancy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Kate O'Malley from the Northern District of Ohio to a seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
