Claims Pared In Convolve IP Suit Over Disk Drives

Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 4:29 PM ET) -- A federal judge has trimmed Convolve Inc.'s long-running patent infringement and trade secrets suit against Compaq Computer Corp. and Seagate Technology LLC over disk drive technology, tossing certain claims and counterclaims related to one of the asserted patents.
