Credit Suisse Securities Suit Still In Play

Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 7:03 PM ET) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss a class action against Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, ruling that there is enough evidence to show that the Swiss investment bank issued misleading documents in an offering of IndyMac Bancorp Inc. mortgage-backed securities in 2006.
