IP Boutique Darby & Darby To Close Down

Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 6:06 PM ET) -- Boutique intellectual property firm Darby & Darby PC on Friday announced plans to dissolve, following the recent departure of several high-profile partners.

Darby & Darby was vague about what exactly pushed the firm to the point of shutting its doors, saying in a statement that while it was still profitable, forces had aligned to lead the firm to begin winding down in anticipation of an orderly dissolution.
