Spansion Blasts Rival Tessera's Expense Claims

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 4:25 PM ET) -- Bankrupt flash memory company Spansion Inc. is objecting to an attempt by rival Tessera Inc. to get a multimillion-dollar administrative expense claim paid to cover Spansion's alleged infringements of Tessera technology patents.

Spansion asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Tuesday to deny a motion by Tessera to allow payment of an administrative expense claim estimating the amount Spansion could owe in a patent infringement case that is still on appeal.
