EU Takes Slovenia, Sweden To Court Over PM10

Law360, New York (March 18, 2010, 1:47 PM EDT) -- The European Commission is refusing to lay down its sword in enforcement proceedings against five member states that allegedly have yet to comply with limits on environmentally harmful airborne particles, sending two countries to court and issuing final written warnings to three others on Thursday.
