Korea's Hyosung Sues Over Duties On Flat Steel

Law360, New York (March 22, 2010, 1:48 PM EDT) -- Hyosung America Inc., part of a South Korean-owned manufacturing conglomerate, has filed a complaint over U.S. Customs and Border Protection's application of a supplemental 17.7 percent anti-dumping duty margin to its corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products, saying the correct margin should be zero.

The complaint was filed in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Friday, six months after Customs denied Hyosung's protest over the supplemental duties.
