Law360, New York (April 16, 2010, 12:37 PM ET) -- Google Inc. and its subsidiary YouTube LLC have fired back in a patent infringement suit brought by Xerox Corp. over Internet search technology, arguing that the asserted patents are invalid and that the claims are barred by estoppel.
Google and YouTube filed counterclaims Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, seeking declarations that they did not infringe the patents-in-suit and that certain Xerox patents are invalid and unenforceable.
