Ex-Toyota Counsel's Attys Withdraw Over 'Breakdown'

Law360, New York (April 26, 2010, 4:13 PM ET) -- Attorneys representing Toyota Motor Corp.'s former in-house counsel in a suit accusing the car giant of covering up evidence relevant to litigation over rollover accidents have asked a court to withdraw them as counsel, citing a “breakdown” in the attorney-client relationship.

Allen & Wohrle LLP filed a motion to withdraw as counsel for former Toyota attorney Dimitrios P. Biller on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
