Army Corps Didn't Infringe Dredging Process IP: Judge

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 4:59 PM EDT) -- The federal government has won its bid for summary judgment in TDM America LLC's suit accusing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other agencies of infringing patents for the processing and treatment of contaminated materials for beneficial reuse.
