DC Circ. Judge Appointed Judicial Conference Chair

Law360, New York (May 6, 2010, 5:29 PM EDT) -- U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts on Thursday appointed appellate judge David Bryan Sentelle as chairman of the Executive Committee of the Judicial Conference of the U.S., the policymaking body of the federal court system.

Chief Judge Sentelle, whose appointment is effective immediately, was chief judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit before being selected for the new position.
