ITC To Investigate Kodak Over Apple Camera Patents

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 6:25 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has agreed to investigate Apple Inc.'s claims that devices made by Eastman Kodak Co. infringe two camera-related patents.

The ITC said in a statement Thursday that it had voted to launch an investigation of Apple's complaint, which was filed April 15.

The suit came two months after the ITC voted to investigate claims by Kodak that smartphones made by Apple and Research In Motion Ltd. infringe a Kodak-held imaging patent.
