Parallel Sues Dozens More Over Web Services Patent

Law360, New York (June 02, 2010, 1:15 PM ET) -- Parallel Networks Inc. has filed yet another infringement suit over a client services communication patent, targeting dozens more companies including Sony Electronics Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., Target Corp. and Footlocker Inc.

Parallel, which filed similar suits over the same patent earlier in 2010, lodged its newest complaint Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
