Law360, New York (June 07, 2010, 1:28 PM ET) -- Baker & Hostetler LLP has voluntarily stepped down as counsel for Airbus SAS in a patent infringement suit brought by FirePass Corp. over fire prevention systems, following the plaintiff's contention that the firm previously conducted patent work on its behalf.
