Law360, New York (June 25, 2010, 4:38 PM ET) -- CardioFocus Inc. has become the latest defendant to settle in medical device maker New Star Lasers Inc.'s patent infringement suit over a laser catheter system.
The parties filed a joint motion Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, asking to dismiss all claims against one another.
The motion did not provide additional details on the terms of the settlement agreement, and attorneys for the companies did not immediately respond to calls seeking comment Friday.
