PATH Says Liberty Should Cover $7M Negligence Suit

Law360, New York (June 28, 2010, 5:29 PM EDT) -- A subsidiary of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has accused a Liberty Mutual unit of reneging on a contractual duty to indemnify, seeking a declaration that Liberty must pay for a $7 million jury verdict in an underlying negligence suit currently on appeal.
