AntiCancer, CRI Settle Cancer Tracker Patent Suits

Law360, New York (July 21, 2010, 12:25 PM EDT) -- AntiCancer Inc. and Cambridge Research & Instrumentation Inc. have resolved two suits over CRI's alleged infringement of three patents covering technology that uses fluorescent proteins to track cancer growth and study the effectiveness of tumor treatments.

Judge Janis L. Sammartino of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California signed off Tuesday on separate orders granting the parties' joint request to dismiss all claims and counterclaims in both matters with prejudice.
