Philadelphia Police Face Sex Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (February 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two married Philadelphia police officers have filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the city, its police commissioner and other cops, claiming that the police department’s first female chief inspector had affairs with male employees and harassed them after the relationships soured.

The lawsuit, which includes charges of sex discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation, was filed Friday in federal court in Philadelphia.
