Senate GOP Vows To Blockade Pay-For-Delay Ban

Law360, New York (September 20, 2010, 6:28 PM EDT) -- A group of Republican lawmakers is reportedly threatening to block an annual spending bill if the U.S. Senate doesn't drop an amendment that would restrict pay-for-delay deals between pharmaceutical companies that stall the market introduction of generic drugs.
