GE Fails To Shake AntiCancer Tumor Imaging IP Suit

Law360, New York (October 1, 2010, 3:41 PM EDT) -- GE Healthcare Inc. has lost its bid to nix an AntiCancer Inc. suit accusing it and Fujifilm Corp. of infringing three patents that cover methods for using fluorescent proteins to monitor tumor cell growth in live laboratory animals.
