Delphi, GM Battle Over $450M UAW Payment

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 4:51 PM EDT) -- Delphi Corp. is fighting bankrupt Motors Liquidation Co.'s bid to avoid paying $450 million under an agreement between the former auto parts supplier subsidiary and a union fund.

Any orders and agreements made during Delphi's bankruptcy should be examined by the court that oversaw that case, lawyers for Delphi, now known as DPH Holdings Corp., argued in a motion Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
