KBR Drops $103M Army Contract Suit

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 4:24 PM EST) -- Kellogg Brown & Root Services Inc. has agreed to drop a $103 million suit against the U.S. government in exchange for an agreement that could prevent the security contractor from being hurt by a one-year statute of limitations while other courts weigh in on the dispute, which concerns allegedly unallowed private security costs billed to the U.S. under an Army logistics support contract.
