Claims In ConAgra Don, Doff Class Action Trimmed

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 3:43 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ruled that a putative class of workers at a ConAgra Foods Inc. plant in Missouri should not be paid for donning and doffing before and after their shifts, but he refused to throw out claims they should be paid for walking to and from the time clock.
